The exhaust pressure also needs to be accurately controlled, and a reasonable exhaust pressure is set according to the actual production process requirements, and it is monitored and adjusted in real time through the pressure regulating system to ensure that it is stable near the set value.

In addition, flow control is also indispensable. Adjust the flow reasonably according to the gas consumption of the system, so as to avoid the adverse impact of too large or too small flow on compressor operation and the whole production process.

Third, the application conditions of special scenes

Chemical industry and energy industry: when dealing with flammable and corrosive gases, corrosion-resistant alloy impeller and dry gas sealing technology should be adopted, and gas leakage monitoring devices should be installed at the same time.

Refrigeration and air separation: when used in refrigeration system, the refrigerant flow should be kept stable to avoid surge caused by low load operation; The air separation plant needs to control the cleanliness of inlet air to prevent dust from blocking the flow passage.

Electric Power and Metallurgical Industry: Pre-cooler should be installed for high-temperature flue gas compression to reduce the gas temperature below 40℃ and protect the impeller and bearing.

Good maintenance is an important guarantee for the centrifugal compressor to maintain a good running state. The formulation of regular maintenance plan needs to comprehensively consider factors such as compressor running time and working intensity.
