The transformation of a centrifugal air compressor into a centrifugal nitrogen compressor involves the following:

1. New total reflux control cabinet and control system；

2. Major maintenance and full performance testing of the main motor；

3. Renovation of lubricating oil tank and lubricating oil system；

4. The exhaust pipeline and return pipeline are integrated into the exhaust system assembly；

4. According to the customer's gas requirements and on-site environmental parameters, the third stage compression of the gearbox will be changed to second stage compression, saving energy by more than 30%；

5. Unit related valves and sensor replacement；

6. Overall maintenance, overall renovation, and full performance testing of the unit.
