First, the basic operating parameters
1. Exhaust flow (standard air volume)
Exhaust flow is the basic performance index of air compressor. Nm3/h (standard cubic meter per hour) is adopted as the measurement unit in the industry, which represents the gas production per unit time under the standard temperature and pressure environment and directly matches the peak gas demand of the factory.

2. Exhaust pressure
The unit of exhaust pressure is MPa(G) gauge pressure, which represents the stable gas supply pressure at the outlet of the unit.

Mn(H) series has a high exhaust pressure of 16.0MPa, supports multi-stage compression structure, meets the requirements of high-pressure compression of coal chemical industry and special process gases, and has stepped pressurization and interstage cooling to suppress gas temperature rise and ensure the pressure output to be stable and fluctuation-free.
3. Driving motor power
The motor power in kW is positively related to the flow and pressure, which is an intuitive reference for the energy consumption of the unit. However, the energy saving level cannot be judged by the power value alone, and it needs to be comprehensively judged by the specific power.
Second, the core parameters of energy efficiency
Specific power refers to the electric energy consumed per cubic meter of compressed air, and the unit is kW/(m3/min), which is the decisive parameter to distinguish the energy efficiency grade of equipment and the core influencing factor of long-term operating cost of enterprises.

1. Oil-free certification grade
The higher industry standard is TüVClass0 oil-free grade, which means that the oil content of compressed air is ≤0.01ppm, so as to prevent lubricating oil from polluting products. 2. Atmospheric dew point
The primary dew point is determined by the basic exhaust temperature of the unit. Turbo-Tech multi-stage cooling design ensures that the primary exhaust temperature of the unit is stable at 60~75℃. After matching with the refrigeration/adsorption dryer, the dew point of the system can be kept below -40℃ stably, and the water content of compressed air is extremely low, thus avoiding the corrosion of pipelines of precision equipment and the short circuit of electronic components.
